COSTS INVOLVED
The fees may be summarised as follows:

MARKET ASSESSMENTS 0.05% of assessed value + 15% VAT (where no instructions are received to sell the property within 30 days)  
MANAGEMENT FEES (payable by landlord) 15% of monthly rental on residential, (including flats) or agricultural properties + 15% VAT
10% of monthly rental on industrial/commercial properties +15% VAT
SELLING COMMISSION (payable by seller) 7,5% of the purchase price + 15% VAT (this scale is negotiable for sole agencies or for more expensive properties)
